Channel integrations explained

Channel integrations are essential for deploying your FlowGent AI agent to various external platforms where your customers interact with your business. While you can test and configure your agent within the FlowGent platform, the primary purpose is to employ it outside through these integrations—a mandatory step to make it accessible to customers, with most users choosing to deploy it on their websites, alongside other available channels.

What Are Channel Integrations?

Think of your FlowGent AI agent as your digital customer support assistant, designed for external deployment. You can interact with it within the FlowGent platform for testing, but channel integrations are the key to placing this assistant on platforms where your customers already are—like your website, WhatsApp, or Slack—ensuring it’s actively used outside rather than confined to the platform.

Available Channel Integrations

To deploy your AI agent externally, FlowGent provides the following integrations, with the website chatbot being the most popular choice, though other options suit diverse needs:

Website Chatbot

You are also able to join the chat as a live operator!
