Yes. FlowGent sends images as native Instagram attachments. An AI agent picks the best match from images you uploaded based on the conversation, and in the flow builder the image link can include contact variables. You supply the images; FlowGent decides when to send them.
People usually mean a tool that creates images, from templates or AI, to send in DMs. FlowGent does not design images. It is the sending side: you create the image elsewhere, and FlowGent delivers it at the right point in the conversation.
Instagram accepts JPEG, PNG and GIF images. When you upload an image in FlowGent it is converted to a supported format and hosted for you. If you paste your own link instead, it must be a public https URL that opens without a login.
No. FlowGent does not create or design images. You upload the images you want to send, and the agent or flow chooses when to send them. For per-contact images, you can generate them with another tool and pass the link in as a variable.
You add each image with a short note on when to use it. The agent reads the conversation and picks the closest match from that list. If nothing on the list fits, you can tell it not to send an image at all.
In the flow builder, the image link of a Send Message step can contain variables such as contact fields. If you host a per-contact image link yourself, each person gets their own image. FlowGent does not build that image for you.
Yes. Use a comment trigger in the flow builder and add a Send Message step set to image. The image is sent in the DM that follows the comment, in the same way as a text reply.
Instagram only lets businesses message a person within a limited window after that person last wrote to you, generally 24 hours. Automatic images follow the same rule as any other automatic message.
