For freelance DM setters

Keep the close. Add a first-reply co-pilot.

FlowGent answers a coach's Instagram DMs when you are offline, asks the fit questions you already use, and leaves you the warm thread. Bring the coach account in and earn a recurring share of their plan.

Free to set up. Your 7-day trial starts when you go live. Tell coaches that line. The 20% figure on this page is a placeholder until partner terms are confirmed.

The handoff

The agent takes the cold reply. You take the close.

Same Instagram thread. The agent does the part that can be written down. You do the part that needs judgment.

01

The lead DMs while you are offline

A story reply or a comment-to-DM lands at night or on the weekend. The agent answers from the offer, the prices, and the fit questions you already use.

02

It qualifies, then stops

Budget, timeline, which offer, and whether they are the buyer. If the answer is not in the script, or the person is ready for a human, the thread is yours.

03

You take the warm conversation

You open the same Instagram thread, read what they already said, and do the close. The coach still pays you. The share is on top of that fee.

Earnings math

What a book of coaches pays you monthly.

Coach clients × plan price × 20% example share. The percentage is a placeholder. Partner terms are not final, so do not quote it as an offer.

Coach plan

Most setter books we are aiming at are 3 to 5 coaches. The slider goes to 15.

Standard includes Calendly and Cal.com booking, plus Instagram voice notes.

Placeholder rate · 20%

Example monthly share

$79.20

per month, if every coach stays on this plan

Formula
4 × $99 × 20%
Per coach
$19.80 / mo
If they stay 12 months
$950.40

This uses the monthly price only. It sits on top of the retainer the coach already pays you. It is not a quote.

Setter playbook

How to pitch the co-pilot without talking yourself out of the job.

The coaches you sell to on X are buying you. FlowGent is the reason their inbox still moves when you are not in it.

The coach who already pays you

I still run your DMs. What changes is the first reply when I am offline. The agent asks the same fit questions I ask, using your offer and the prices you allow me to repeat. When someone is a fit, I take the thread and book the call. You are not getting a bot instead of me.

The coach comparing you with a cheaper setter

A cheaper setter still has to sleep. Leads that arrive at night wait until morning. I use an agent for that first reply and the fit questions, then I spend my hours on people who already match the offer. You get coverage on nights and weekends, and a person for the close.

How to talk about the FlowGent price

The coach pays FlowGent: Hobby is $49 a month for 2,000 credits, Standard is $99 for 4,000, Pro is $199 for 8,000. Free to set up. Your 7-day trial starts when you go live. If they book on Calendly or Cal.com, or they want Instagram voice notes, start on Standard. Hobby does not include those.

Load this before you pitch

One paragraph on the offer, in the coach's words.
The prices you are allowed to repeat, and the ones you are not.
The fit questions you already ask before you book a call.
Three cases that should come straight to you: custom work, a complaint, and someone ready to pay.
The plan. Standard if they book calls or want voice notes. Hobby only for text qualification.

What not to say

  • Do not say the agent replaces you.
  • Do not promise an instant reply, a booked call for every lead, or coverage you have not tested on that coach's inbox.
  • Do not say Hobby includes Calendly, Cal.com, or Instagram voice notes. Those start on Standard.
  • Do not quote 20% as a signed rate. It is a placeholder on this page until partner terms are confirmed.

Questions

Before you pitch a coach.

Straight answers you can reuse. The share rate is still a placeholder.

Who is this page for?

Freelance DM setters who reply to a coach's Instagram DMs, qualify the lead, and book sales calls. If you run an agency with a separate workspace per client, the agency program is the closer fit.

Does the agent replace the setter?

No. It sends the first reply from the script you write, asks the fit questions, and stops when a person should take over. You keep the warm thread and the close. The coach keeps paying you for that work.

What does the coach pay FlowGent?

Hobby is $49 a month for 2,000 credits. Standard is $99 a month for 4,000 credits. Pro is $199 a month for 8,000 credits. Free to set up. Your 7-day trial starts when you go live.

Which plan should I put a coach on?

Hobby is text qualification only. Calendly, Cal.com, and Instagram voice notes start on Standard ($99, 4,000 credits) and are also on Pro ($199, 8,000 credits). Do not tell a coach that the $49 plan includes booking or voice notes.

How does the revenue share work?

This page uses 20% of the coach's monthly plan as an example, recurring while they stay subscribed. That percentage is a placeholder. Apply and we confirm the rate, the payout timing, and how a referral is tracked before you quote it to a coach.

Who owns the account?

The coach subscribes to their own FlowGent account. You are the partner who introduced them. Your setter fee and this share are separate: the share is a percent of the FlowGent plan, not a cut of your retainer.

Can I apply with one coach?

Yes. The calculator starts at one client. A working book of three to five coaches is the case we sized the example around, not a minimum.
