Notion Knowledge Synchronization - How to manage FlowGent Page Access

How to Give FlowGent Access to New Notion Pages (After Integration)

If you've connected Notion to FlowGent, your AI agent can instantly access and sync live knowledge from your Notion workspace โ€” including pages and databases. This means your AI agent can always answer based on your most recent internal documentation, FAQs, and SOPs.

However: When you create new pages or databases in Notion after the integration is set up, you must manually grant FlowGent access to these new pages for them to sync.

Here's how to update page access in Notion step-by-step:

Step-by-Step: How to Grant FlowGent Access to New Notion Pages

1. Open Notion Settings

Click on Settings & Members in the left sidebar.

๐ŸŽ‰ Done!

Your AI agent now has access to the new Notion pages and can start using them immediately in conversations โ€” no manual syncing needed.

๐Ÿ” Why this matters

FlowGent syncs directly with Notion to keep your AI assistant's knowledge base real-time and always accurate. But Notion requires manual approval for any new pages or databases after the first connection, so don't skip this step!

๐Ÿ“Œ Need help?

If you're having trouble or want to verify which pages are currently connected, ask the AI agent in the app.
