Quick verdict
DMset if you want it built for you on ManyChat. FlowGent if you want to run it yourself.
DMset is genuinely stronger when you already use ManyChat and you want their team to write the voice, objections, and booking flow, then keep tuning it. The tradeoff is a demo to hear the price, a ManyChat subscription underneath, and a five-business-day build. FlowGent is stronger when you want a published price, Instagram and WhatsApp without ManyChat, and you are fine configuring the agent.
What is DMset?
dmset.ai describes a done-for-you AI DM setter. You fill out an onboarding form. They say that takes about 30 minutes of your time, and that the setter is live in five business days. Their team writes the voice, the offer, the objection handling, and the booking flow, and wires it into your existing ManyChat. The homepage says they do not rebuild flows that already work. Booking is described through Calendly, including a pre-call sequence after someone books. You can stop the AI on a conversation. The pricing FAQ says the fee is flat per account, with no setup fee, no commission on booked calls, no per-conversation charge, and no lock-in. Multiple brand accounts each get a seat. The dollar amount is not on the page. They say they walk through it on a demo call.
This comparison is about dmset.ai. A different site, dmsetai.com, uses a similar name and also sells a custom-priced setter. We did not mix the two. FlowGent does not require ManyChat. Plans and the Instagram booking flow are on the pricing page and the AI DM setter guide.

DMset vs FlowGent pricing
dmset.ai does not list a monthly dollar amount. Each extra brand account is its own seat. You still pay for ManyChat if that is the inbox they plug into. FlowGent publishes four monthly prices and does not add a ManyChat bill.

Who each tool is best for
DMset is a better fit if you...
- You already run ManyChat and do not want to rebuild those flows
- You want someone else to write the voice and the objection handling from your past DMs
- A flat fee that does not move with message volume matters more than seeing the price on a page
FlowGent is a better fit if you...
- You want the price before a call, and you do not want a second subscription for ManyChat
- You also need WhatsApp on the same agent
- You would rather edit the agent yourself than wait five business days for a build

DMset FAQ
What is DMset?
DMset here means dmset.ai, a done-for-you AI DM setter that plugs into an existing ManyChat account. The homepage says their team writes the voice, offer, objections, and booking flow, and that you spend about 30 minutes before it goes live in five business days. It is not the same product as dmsetai.com.
How much does DMset cost?
Not publicly listed. On October 27, 2026, dmset.ai said the price is a flat monthly fee per account, with no setup fee, no commission, and no per-conversation charge, and that they walk through the number on a demo. ManyChat is a separate cost if you use it as the inbox.
Is DMset a ManyChat alternative?
No. dmset.ai says it plugs into your existing ManyChat flows rather than replacing them. FlowGent does not use ManyChat. If you are leaving ManyChat, the relevant page is the ManyChat alternative comparison, not DMset.
DMset vs FlowGent: which is better for a coach?
Choose DMset if you want a managed build on top of ManyChat and you are fine hearing the price on a call. Choose FlowGent if you want to connect Instagram and WhatsApp yourself, start flows at $19/month, and turn on AI credits at $49/month. DMset is ahead on done-for-you voice training. FlowGent is ahead on a public price and on not requiring ManyChat.
Does DMset publish reviews with ratings?
The homepage publishes named customer stories and chat screenshots. This page does not repeat their revenue or show-rate figures, because we did not verify them. Search results for "DMset review" are mostly dmset.ai's own comparisons and third-party roundups, not an independent pricing review, because the price is not public.
