Quick verdict
SuperReply if you want Sheets, Facebook, and a workflow builder. FlowGent if you want a published price.
SuperReply is stronger when you want Instagram and Facebook, a visual workflow next to the AI agent, Google Sheets as the CRM, and Calendly booking with reschedule and cancel. FlowGent is stronger when you want WhatsApp as a real channel, a price on the page, and AI credits you can start after a flows-only plan. Do not buy the email-extension "superReply" by mistake.
What is SuperReply?
SuperReply's docs describe an AI sales agent for Instagram and Facebook DMs. They list three jobs: replies to DMs, comments, and story replies; lead qualification; and booking a meeting from the chat. Integrations named in the docs are Google Sheets, used as the CRM, and Calendly, which can fetch slots and book. There is also a workflow builder for steps like "if they say X, wait, send Y." The Instagram guide, last updated August 28, 2026, says you connect a Business or Creator account through Instagram's login, and that SuperReply does not see your password. Each business can have one Instagram account. You can add more businesses in the same account.
The homepage FAQ says setup can finish within 48 hours once your accounts and calendar are connected, that the agent can offer new times when someone cancels, and that a WhatsApp notification goes out when a lead is qualified and a call is booked. The getting-started doc, which showed "Last updated 1 month ago" on October 27, 2026, says there is a 3-day free trial. The same doc also describes a self-serve checklist. The homepage and the docs do not describe the setup the same way, so confirm whether you are buying done-for-you or self-serve. A dollar price was not on the homepage, the terms page, or those docs. FlowGent's plans are public. The Instagram booking flow is on the AI DM setter guide.

SuperReply at superreply.ai is an AI sales agent for Instagram and Facebook DMs. The docs say it replies to DMs, comments, and story replies, qualifies leads, and books meetings, with Google Sheets and Calendly as the named integrations. It is not the superReply Chrome extension that drafts email replies in Gmail and Outlook. That other product is why generic "SuperReply review" results are often about email.
How much does SuperReply cost?
Not publicly listed. On October 27, 2026 we checked superreply.ai, the terms of service, and the public docs and did not find a plan price. The docs say there is a 3-day free trial. The terms say subscription purchases are not refunded.
Is there a SuperReply alternative for Instagram?
FlowGent is the alternative when you want a published price, WhatsApp as a channel, and Instagram comment-to-DM from $19/month, with AI from $49/month. SuperReply is the alternative when you want Facebook plus Instagram, a workflow builder, and Google Sheets. Most "SuperReply alternative" articles online are about the email extension. Use superreply.ai as the product name when you compare.
Does SuperReply book on Calendly?
Yes, according to its own docs and homepage. The docs say the AI agent can fetch Calendly slots and book. The homepage FAQ says it can offer other times when someone needs to cancel. FlowGent's Calendly and Cal.com tools start on Standard at $99/month.
How long does SuperReply take to set up?
The docs describe a self-serve checklist: create a business, connect Instagram, create an agent and an automation. The homepage FAQ says setup can complete within 48 hours once you connect your accounts and calendar. Both were public on October 27, 2026. Ask which one applies to the plan you are shown.
