Quick verdict
SetSmart if you want Messenger and a low message cap. FlowGent if you want credits and self-serve Instagram.
SetSmart is the stronger pick when you want Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger in one setter, voice notes and image understanding on the cheapest plan, and white-label workspaces for clients. FlowGent is the stronger pick when Instagram and WhatsApp are enough, you would rather pay for AI credits than a hard message cap, and you want flows at $19/month before you turn AI on.
What is SetSmart?
SetSmart's pricing page says every plan unlocks the same platform, and the difference is how many AI messages you get. Channels listed on every plan: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Messenger. Also listed on every plan: AI qualification, booking, follow-ups, voice notes, image understanding, Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel, iClosed, keyword triggers, comment auto-reply, story replies, and broadcasts. Its homepage FAQ says it is an official Meta Business Partner and that initial setup takes about 15 to 30 minutes.
FlowGent's Starter plan is $19/month for flows on Instagram and WhatsApp, including comment-to-DM, with no AI credits. Hobby is $49/month for 2,000 AI credits, Slack, and three knowledge-base items. Calendly, Cal.com, and Instagram voice notes start on Standard at $99/month. Voice notes use your own recording, or audio from your ElevenLabs voice. See the AI DM setter guide for the booking flow.
